Week 8 - flag design

This week New Zealand has been voting on a referendum to see if New Zealanders want to change our flag. We held our own voting at school and the majority of Hay Park Students want to change our flag. 
                                                      
In Scott Class we have been learning about flags and the symbols on the flags and what they represent.

One of our learning tasks this week has been to design a flag that represents our class. This is my flag design.

The reason I have the weaving is that it represents Ian Scott and the class photo represents that we are Scott Class. The Hay Park School logo and word means that we are from Hay Park School, also the reason why I used the chrome symbol is because we are a digital class and that we use chrome books for our learning.

Today we have been learning how to make animation movies with Tania.
I worked with my two buddies Manahal and Vaidika. We worked together to make the whole video and also editing.

This is my Tenei te pepeha, In Scott Class we have been working on our pepeha with Whaea Ina.
