Week 1 Gymnastics

What do tuck shape, front support, landing position and straddle have in common? They are all gymnastics terms. Our coaches was Ashley and Kane. They are both gymnastic coach and also Kane is flexible so he can do the straddle.

Today Scott Class had their first gymnastics lesson. We were learning static movement patterns that can help us practise our balance e.g I was practising my landing position at gymnastics today. 
Practicing forward roll can sometimes hurt because sometimes your neck could hut if you don't do it properly. Here is a forward roll.
